The greatest need in our Independent Fundamental Baptist Churches is to teach our new converts the art of winning other souls to Christ. We cannot claim to fulfil the Great Commission just by soul- winning. Jesus also commanded us to "teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you..."

This manual is a point-by-point method of mentoring a person into becoming a fruitful soul winner. The program outlined here has trained scores of new converts and new members on the "how to's" of soul winning at the First Baptist Church in Hammond, Indiana.
